how do you place out of introductory courses with ap scores?

so, i checked my ap scores and sent a rushed score report on july 2nd.
I, today, received an email saying course registration has commenced for CAS.
I know we can sign up for courses at 'Student Center'.
Since they haven't received our ap score reports, or havent finished processing them, how do we just skip introductory courses and jump into advanced level?
Do i need to check with the school before just signing up for advanced courses?

also, My major still remains undecided but i want to go into science, hopefully Physics.
I took physics c, bc calculus and i have two history ap credits(ap gov and ap us history).
I got 5s on all those but im not sure if i should skip math and physics introductory courses.
i want to have solid foundation but at the same time dont want to waste my time.
Could you give me some advice on that ?

You don’t have to do anything. They are gonna eventually
put your scores up online and thats enough.

does this mean should i wait until they get my ap scores, instead of signing up for courses right now ? since i havent even decided wheter or not to use my ap scores

No, you sign up for the courses you intend to take. Them not receiving your AP scores by pre-enrollment won’t keep you from being able to enroll in any course.
