How do you private message people since the “upgrade” was implemented?

Click on the user name. A box will appear and there will be a box called message. Click on it.

Not you can only message someone if you have 15 posts.

If the users profile is private, you need to go to the little envelope, click that twice so you get the new message button. Then you type in their screen name.
