how do you receive cal grant money?

<p>I was mailed my cal grant report stating I received cal grant B 2 months ago. So how do I actually acquire that money? I heard you have to get it from the school itself. How does that work? Do they just hand over the $1,500?</p>

Cal Grant funds are sent directly to the school you are attending. You must contact your school’s financial aid office to find out the disbursement schedule.</p>
