How do you send rec letters to Texas A&M???

When I send rec letters to TAMU through the AIS thing, does that mean i upload it, or the person writing the letter??

I thought I was supposed to upload it myself (I can't read it after it's uploaded, PDF form) but the teacher I'm asking won't send it if I don't give him a link/ form aka won't let me upload it...?

And yes I know the deadline passed and yes everything else has been turned in but it still allows me to upload rec letters, and if I can't then it's not a big deal but I would like to if I can. But how? Is there a specific link I can send him..??

The website says if teacher wants it to remain confidential, it should be snail mailed. http://admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/apply</a>

Hand the teacher a stamped and addressed envelope, thanking him profusely. That’s it.

I know this discussion is kind of old, but why are you submitting rec letters? I had the same problem so I called the scholarships and financial aid office to ask how to send the rec letters, and I was told not to send them. They said they will only be used IF I am considered for a particular scholarship, and in that case they would contact me and ask specifically for the rec letters. And sure enough I did get an email from A&M asking for rec letters for a particular scholarship. The email told me to how many rec letters to send and gave me an email address to provide to my teachers who were writing the letters.
