How do you simulate an SAT?

<p>I always hear about how important it is to take practice tests in test-like conditions, but it's very hard to find that kind of silence and focus. What did you guys do to take practice tests?</p>

<p>Also, is there any organization that administers a practice SAT test? I don't want to pay for an entire course, just a testing environment. I would want a full SAT, not a PSAT.</p>
