How do you think in-state acceptance rates will be like this year?

I've been reading articles in like 2011/2012ish about how UW had to cut the number or in-state students getting accepted into UW. I was shocked to hear someone with like a 4.0 GPA and super high SAT scores and other AWESOME specs was denied.
I understand that a lot of washington residents were mad about this.
Do you think they changed it a little bit?
Do you think they would accept more in-state students this year? I haven't gotten my acceptance letter and I'm scared...

I have a 3.9 GPA and a 1860 SAT score. I have a lot of volunteer hours. Basically that's it. I have a lot of varieties or volunteer activities.
Do you think I'll get in?

Acceptance letters start being sent out March 15, fear not. As an in-state, and as long as you have taken AP/IB courses, from my experience, you should be ok.

I think in-state should be ok, but it will probably be lower this year due to the jump in applicants. If any acceptance rate is going to be bad, it will be international. On other topics, does it seem like there are considerably less chance threads this year?
