How do you transfer to McGill for Fall 2023

Is it too late to apply. The website says 4/30 due date. However when I fill up the form, the drop down only has Exchange/Special/Visiting … There is no place to transfer student from another university. How hard it is to transfer to College of Engineering from another well known university.

Am I missing something?

Are you transferring from a university outside Canada? If so the deadline for transfers was January 15th.
