How do you uninstall AIM triton?

I have an XP windows, and I thought it was good, but after downloading and trying it--it's way to slow on my computer. Every time I start up the computer it's automatically opened for me to log into, which I don't need/want to do. My old AIM is fine. I tried to uninstall it from the "add or remove programs" thing in my control panel, but I can't find it. How else can I delete or uninstall it, etc?
Thanks

there might have been something in this thread about that...
