from a hectic day at school to even more hectic afterschool ECs to coming home and doing five hundred million pages of homework.

how do you de-stress from all this? you'd have to be inhuman not to tire out sooner or later, hehe...

i dance around to music and sing at the TOP of my lungs (well, naturally when no one is home to hear me) and eat chocolate. chocolate = the cure all, imo.

Actually I use sports practice as the break between school and hw. When I took off a season this year (decided not to do Spring track to focus on SATs and APs), I ended up not doing anything until 5 anyways.

tennispro, that only works if the person has a social life. However, tennis is a stress reliever used by many aged citizens. Running is the form most commonly found around that middle-age set that dominates America now.

I watch sit-com reruns on TBS for an hour or so after school and then do hw and study for a long time and then, time-permitting, get on CC and post sometime around 10 or 11 pm.

IDK, swimming works for me sometimes, but most of the time it is REALLY tiring (8k-10k per day), and I don't feel like doing anything productive afterwards (other than eating lol). If I have enough time, then I might play a video or computer game, something simple like Mario Kart or Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 lol. I'm not much of a big gamer, but those games sure are fun!

If I feel nervous, I just close my fingers around my thumb, sit in upright position, and breathe with my nostrils (like how you breathe when you are just about to snore). it really clears your airways and calms you down :D.

I play loud music, while dancing around my house. I then proceed to watch a movie and eat some chocolate. After I get bored of that, I simply go hang out with my friends. Oh or I play pokemon yellow on my gameboy color(a recent addiction).

And my EC's are relaxing. Especially since I have friends in all of them. And if I don't have enough, I make more. So basically I'm friends with all my EC's, so they're more like very organized, productive social gatherings.

umm.... I don't really. I just stress myself out to the point of total exhaustion, break down finally and sleep for twelve hours, and start the cycle over again.
