How do you update information?

So I submitted my transfer application and my transcript. Unfortunately, my transcript had an "incomplete" grade on it, so on the commonapp additional info section, I wrote that the incomplete was not a correct representation on my grade, my professor has stated that it was an "A" grade and that I would send an updated transcript as soon as possible.

So I recently sent them a second transcript.

But the administration has been quite slow at my current school so a few days ago they told me that they had added my audit class (a 400-level med school course. I'm an undergraduate) to my transcript for this semester.

Should I send them a THIRD transcript to update this information or would that just be annoying the adcoms? Do they delete the old ones if I send them an updated document? I'm worried that when they review my application they'll be confused seeing three transcripts from the same university....

*additionally! completely different question. None of the schools that I am applying to have a section for "mid term reports" on their application statuses. So how would I know if they received it or not? Would it be annoying them if I called in and asked? (or emailed?)

bump. any suggestions anyone?

I’m not sure I understand why you’d want to send a third transcript if the only change is the addition of a class that you are auditing. A school cannot evaluate what you are doing while auditing, you could be just sitting in and listening to lectures, you could be doing all the assignments, or you could be not attending at all.

If they don’t list a midterm report as part of their application process, then you don’t need to send one.

OP, could you please rephrase the question to make it clearer? It’s generally best to phone the college and ask by the way.
