How do your score your practice tests?

Im getting really confused. How do you score your tests?is every scoring table the same for every test?what do you mean by scaled scores…eg. the scaled score for a raw score of 54 in critical reading is 620-700 according to pg 995 of the blue book…now what’s my score? is it 620?something between 620 and 700?

I always found it annoying when they gave you a score range for a raw score instead of a specific score. Yes, it does mean that your score is between 620 and 700. If you want a single score, then just average the two. (620+700)/2 = 660. So your CR score should be around 660. Some tests do give you a specific score instead of a score range, so no, not all of them are the same. The scaled score depends on how well other people who took the test performed. However, them providing you with a score range tells me that they have not collected enough data related to the test to provide customers with a single scaled score.
