760! Ahhh. !

760 is fine but you have to understand that getting in is about a lot more than just the #s alone.

Yup I understand. :)
I just don't want these scores to be a weak part of my app.
I got 760 for math, 800 for chem, and 730 physics. Wharton requires only two subjects though.. Do you know how they'd see my physics score? :(

Oh no... a 700+ score, Penn would hate that :(

Lol. 10char

But you know how Wharton emphasizes a lot on math..
So is a 760 considered quite weak? Argh. It's like 82nd percentile or so. :|

No, SAT scores aren't very important compared to your transcripts, recs, ecs, etc. The admissions people see if your score falls within a range (yours does). Concentrate more on your essays

you'd be surprised how little math people at wharton actually know. a 760 is fine.

Oh My God!!!!!!!!

760?!!!! Ouch!!

That Is An Extremely Low Score Man What Did U Do To Ur Self????

760?????!!!

U R Lucky If U Got In To Michigan State University, 760?! I Cant Believe It, U Will Not Get Accepted,

Get A Life, OK?

Haha seriously, stop stressing out guys. Your numbers are what you have. Work with them and do better on your essays.

hahaha awww thanks guys!

rejectedfromMIT too..that was really the MOST comforting, i tell you. LOL.

^^ Seriously man, I got a 690 in math IIc and got in, to engineering

Actually, if you are not too busy with school, EC's, apps, I recommend that you retake it. The Math IIC is like a measuring stick- almost everyone applying to selective schools take it- so it is more important than other SATII tests. Not that 760 wouldn't suffice but you don't want to lose out!

It's such a small part of the larger overall picture. The scores are fine. What else do you have going for you?

hepititis C!

Keep in mind the percentile scores are out of individuals who took the test. As well, it's a very small part of what makes you you.

Grow up....

Does Wharton require the Math 2's? I know that it is a business school with a strength in finance, but I plan on concentrating on marketing and management.

I wouldn't re-take a 760 unless you know for sure you can get an 800. With that said, it certainly wouldn't HURT you as an applicant.

760's fine. Wharton definitely wants to see those Math 2's, along with calculus in high school - it's an extremely quantitative place, and they expect everyone coming in to have very solid math skills.
