How does a 3rd year apply to McIntire?

I saw on the website that there’s an option to complete a 5-year baccalaureate program if you apply after your first semester as a 3rd year.

Also, how competitive is the MS in Commerce for UVA students (are they favored or not)?

Would love any and all info people may have on these options. More so the applying to comm as a 3rd year part.

@“Dean J” have you ever witnessed this? I’ve got substantial work experience (private equity) and also have prior leadership - can a 3rd year apply after their first semester if they’re willing to re-do 3rd year? (aassuming first semester grades are perfect & all prerequisites are complete.)

I would suggest that you speak to the people in the Comm School and they will be able to help you with your specific questions. Are you currently a student at UVA?
