How does a speech class work?

<p>I'm just curious, because I'm an awful speaker, and I assume it'll be required for all students to take a speech class, but at such a large university, how will that work? </p>

<p>I am curious, I took a RTV(Research/Broadcasting) class at my community college but it was considered a speech class according to them. But I am unsure if it will count at UCF. I am not a great speaker so I would prefer if it did count because I do not want to redo a speech class.</p>
