How does ACT super scoring work?

So I have a weird situation. Here’s my scores test 1: E 33 M28 R 26 S 26 test 2 E 31 M 28 R 18 S 30. Now I want to send the second test to schools that super score (i’m using this website http://www.freetestprep.com/blog/resources/list-of-colleges-and-universities-that-superscore-the-act-test/ ), but I don’t want the colleges I’m applying to see that reading score. So my question is, will the college i send my second test to, which “super score” see that second test’s reading score?

You cannot send only a section score of a test. You can only send the complete test scores of any given test. Thus, if you send the second test the colleges will have all of your section scores from that test. What they claim is that when determining admission, they use the highest section scores from the combined tests, not that they don’t know all your scores.
