I skipped a couple grades when I was really young, and I will end up entering college at 16. Do colleges like to have younger students, or do they consider them socially immature? I'm not like one of those twelve-year-old geniuses, and because I'm tall I fit right in with my classmates. I hope my age won't affect my chances of getting into colleges.

Good for you. I really don't think age matters. If you are smart enough and a good student you should be accepted and do just fine.

I agree that it shouldn't hurt your chances of admission. Tangential to that, though, you might really enjoy a gap or bridge year doing something really cool once you've been accepted. It may help you socially once you get to where you're going
