How does AP CompSci compare to IB?

I have a friend who is planning on taking the IB test/course in computer science. I have taken AP compSci A and found it to be easy, and I plan to help her out if she needs anything explained. Can anyone tell me how these courses/tests compare in terms of difficulty/specificity/depth?

Thanks much!

I know that this is sort of a specialized question, but somebody has to know something!

Thanks!

I'm not an expert or anything, but my school offers both AP CS AB and IB CS SL. No one takes the AP Computer Science test after IB for some reason, I'm not sure. Ultimately, IB CS SL is harder and more in depth cause it is IB, which is more than just a test. For the course, students have to write their own computer program representing complex programming skills. For the IB exam, there are 2 90 minute essay examinations. One big difference from the multiple choice of AP exams.
Here's a past IB exam:

Vicky_sky, thanks for the resource!

It looks like this will be fine. I can see what my friend is talking about when she says IB is intended to be more about thinking than assessment of how well you can regurgiatate info, as is AP. This seems to be much more about ethics and thinking about effective design than simply learning a language and its flow. I wonder what language/notation that is in the function defined at the beginning?
