How does Cornell consider sat scores?

<p>I'm worried because if you combine the lowest section scores on the three SATs i took, its only a 1910, but my best combined score is a 2100. It says Cornell requires you to send all scores, but does that necessarily mean they actually consider all scores and if so, how do they gauge it (ex. they average your scores)? Lastly, if my best scores were from my first and third test, should I send the scores from the second, or will I get penalized if I don't? Thanks</p>
