<p>Unweighted unless im mistaken. And no if you pulled em up a good amount, colleges love to see improvement.</p>

<p>They do use all four as far as I know.</p>
<p>Of course they count all four years, but just in decreasing order of importance (although all are important)...(from Senior to Freshman).</p>
