<p>No. Your GPA is weighted based on credit hours for a course and for +/- markings.</p>
<p>They look at the GPA on your transcript (aka they don’t recalculate), so however you school weighs it is how it goes. But they’ll use a holistic process to assess “how well you did” or whatever.</p>
<p>That’s what I was told in an email from an admissions officer.</p>
<p>@FullOnFriendship, I believe the OP was asking how Cornell calculates GPA once you become a student, and whether there is such thing as a “weighted Cornell GPA”, which there isn’t</p>
