How does Georgetown Notify for EA

How does Georgetown Notify for EA? Do they send letters, emails, or have one of those "type in your password" systems?

Thank you

Domestic applicants receive hard copy letters. International applicants receive emails.

They don’t do emails at all?
Also… are letters mailed out on December 15, or will we get them on that day?

You should get them on that day. Given last year’s experiences, they will mail them around the 12th, so some people will get them before the 15th. In a few cases (mostly people in rural areas out west), some did get them after the 15th, but that was isolated if I remember correctly.

Two years ago all of my daughter’s letters came on Saturday 12/22. It was easy to know she was accepted to the schools by the large envelopes with folders in them. Georgetown, however, sent a #10 business size envelope to both acceptances and rj’s so it was quite stressfull until that envelope was opened.
