Well, I'm actually taking all maths and sciences.. no history/classics/english/arthistory,etc..

I'll give you guys a quick brief.. hopefully it'll be easy to understand:

I changed my courseplan from History to Stats because:

I'm taking my SAT1 in May (I really cant take it on another date)

I decided to take AP Calc BC a month ago (selfstudy)

My school midyears are dead close to my sat day

I'm weak with memorising things where there's only a short amount of time

I'm especially weak with studying for heaps of things at once

We have no ranking. Only rank1.

I think I can get rank1 by taking stats. No way could I get it by taking history.. I think I'd turn out to be in the top 5% but we have no recognised anking except rank1.

Under the british system, I've taken English for 4 years (out of 5)..

I bombed my English finals last year but my teachers have said I'm really good at writing/analysing/english stuff.. I just suck at taking tests

So I decided to take AP EngLang (selfstudy) to prove to the college admins that I am actually capable of all-things-english

I know that AP englang is easier than AP englit but I dont think I can selfstudy that in 2.5 months

5 is my goal. 4 is not an option.

I feel that if I was to take History, I will fail everything - SAT, AP, Midyears for other subjects (because I'm bad at cramming everything in). I thought it would be better to succeed in everything else but history, so that's why I changed it to stats. (If I continued with history and failed it just for the sake of other things, I wouldn't have a chance at the valedictorian position).

By taking AP englang, do I still have a chance at Jhu? I'm still so confused on whether I picked the right choice or not.
JHU is my 1st choice and I'd be devastated if I got flatout rejected by not taking the 4 (or 5) years of required HS english..
Should I take SAT2 Literature too?

I'm sorry if this is ambiguous and long but I tried to make it as easy as possible for you readers. Pleaaasse reply!
