<p>I took two foreign language classes at a local community college. My counselor is doing everything online, so how does he upload that transcript? I'm assuming that he can't open it because it is "officially sealed". I tried contacting the admissions office for the CC already, and as you would expect, they are underpaid, don't know, and don't care. I have also tried contacting the Common App help, and I did not know it was possible to be so vague. Can anyone who has had this problem give me some help? Thanks.</p>
<p>If your counselor has an electronic version of your CC transcript (a scanned pdf file, for example) then he can upload it as a second transcript as he is submitting your secondary school report form. He will need to upload your HS transcript first in order to see the button that permits him to upload additional transcripts.</p>
<p>If he can’t do this, just have the college mail the transcript, and that will be fine.</p>
<p>Finally, if you think that Common App help gave you a vague answer, you should respond and ask for clarification.</p>
