How does one achieve a 3.9+ overall GPA?

<p>I do not know a single person at Berkeley with a 4.0 and only 2 people with a 3.9+.</p>

<p>One was an EECS major who was amazing, the other a transfer from a JC so that GPA doesn’t really count.</p>
