How does one achieve a 3.9+ overall GPA?

At Cal Poly we had one mechanical engineering guy graduate with a 4.0 this last year. I asked one of my professors how often that happens. He said it was the first time he’d seen it since he’d been there (5 years). We probably had a throughput of 1000 people in 5 years.

<p>That’s pretty amazing. He must have been 1) an insomniac and/or 2) a prodigy. hehe</p>
