<p>for me,i talked to my thermodynamics professor and he agreed that i work at his lab during the summer.</p>
<p>Ask your professors/advisors if they have connections in So-Cal for you and if they can give you some numbers/emails for so-cal professors for you to contact.</p>
<p>Just go to some so-cal university (eg, UCLA) website and look up professors in a department that you want to work in and email them.</p>
