How does Penn evaluate November SAT scores for ED?

According to the Penn website, the latest possible testing date for the SAT is the November test date. But since Nov. scores don’t come out until Nov. 24th, and with the way scores are sent Penn won’t get the scores until around December 1st, how would Penn evaluate the Nov. SAT scores? Decisions come out Dec. 11th, so would they look at November scores at all?
I took Math II in November and would really hope Penn looks at that since my SAT CR and W scores are weak.
Thanks!!!

Uhh, you were supposed to report them before you took the test. That way they are sent immediately after being graded. The post on Nov. 24 shows that all tests have been graded and loaded onto the database.

I indicated on my common app that I will be taking subject tests in November, and Penn is a recipient of the scores “once they become available.” Do you think I’m fine? My question is, do they look at Nov. scores at all for ED?

They only consider it if you told listed Penn as a recipient while signing up for the SAT test.

I did! Thanks for answering my question:)

I have just sent mine. The SAT rush reporting suposedly takes two business days. Do you think they would be able to review them in time? Should I write the Admissions Office an email to confirm?

I’d be really grateful if anyone could reply since I’m getting kind of panicky.

^What does it say on your college board account? Mine says, “The order placed on November 01, 2015 is pending,” while my Nov. scores are delivered to other schools like Cornell and Rice. I called College Board about an hour ago, and the person said if it says pending then that means the school is having trouble receiving the scores. She told me I should call Penn to see if they have received my scores. And in general, rush scores take 2 days. Is this your first time sending scores to Penn? I suggest you call the office because you get a faster response.
