If I apply SCEA to Harvard, could I also apply regular decision to other universities such as UPenn, UMich, and Duke (all in October)?

Your answers are here:

[Harvard College Admissions § Applying: Early Action](http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/apply/application_process/early.html)

If you apply to Harvard SCEA, you cannot apply to any other school ED, or any US private school EA. You can apply to public schools, foreign schools, or rolling admissions schools without restriction other than not applying ED.

It’s amazing to me that students who are among our brightest (applying to HYPS) don’t know how to use Google…

I’ll humor our Havard-aspirant but google-lazy poster:

If you do Harvard SCEA, you may apply RD to UMich, Duke and Penn any time you want. If you live in MI, you may apply to UMich’s early notification program. You may NOT apply to Duke or Penn’s early programs at all.

Got it?
