I have taken 2 SATs and scores have come back. When I went to submit both there is a fee of 11$. I thought I could send those scores free to colleges because of the send 4 SAT scores for free rule.

There’s a time limit on that offer, and it’s passed.

You can send for score reports for free, but you have to send them before you get your own score reports, so you won’t know what the scores are that you’re sending. If you wait to see the scores before you send them, the window for sending the free scores closes, and you have to pay to send the score reports.

It’s really manipulative, and just one of the many reasons I dislike the College Board.

You may choose the 4 free score reports up to the Monday a week after the test. Obviously it is way over now as the scores are already out.
