How Does Stanford Go Through Applications?

<p>Does anyone know how they read through each application?</p>

<p>Does one person read it, and make the decision right away? Or do multiple?</p>

<p>Does an initial person read it, then bring it in front of a committee? </p>

<p>Would love some clarification on this, can't find this information anywhere.</p>
