How does taking multiple SAT IIs work?

How long is the break in-between the tests? Do I know what order the tests will be in?

On a side note:
If I take some SAT IIs and have a mediocre performance, but later take other (different) SAT IIs and do very well, will my first SAT IIs have a negative impact?

I believe that you choose which of your tests to take first and I think you get 5-10 minute breaks in between exams.

Unless the bad SAT IIs are required at the college your applying to, they won't matter to them. Good scores help you. Bad scores are ignored.

I agree with diginetgod on both questions, though obviously if you get 400's on your tests, it could hurt. Anything in the 600 range will be ignored by top colleges if yo have better scores to show.

well, it differs proctor to proctor. I had a proctor last year who had no breaks, and just said "go" as he collected tests. Today, I had to wait 2 hours BEFORE the test, so he gave us a 10 minute break (though we only needed 5 mins).

SAT subj tests are all in one booklet.
So for the first our you pick the test, and follow instructions..than once you are done..and everyone is done.. you get a five minute break..and then take the other one.
