How hard it is to be admitted to Human Ecolgy under this major?

I would like to know the same, as I applied.. and I'm scared to death.

did you apply to HBHS?

^ Yeah, it seems like a popular thing to have applied to (based on this board), now that I think of it.. I think I've seen a couple of other kids on this board who also applied to HBHS.. but I applied under Human Ecology

isn't HBHS only under human ecology? Also are you from NY?

HBHS is also offered under CAS and CALS I believe.. or maybe it's just the major "Biology and Society," but I don't know what the difference would be. No, I'm not from NY, just from little ol' virginia, haha.

I think "Biology and Society" is offered at A&S as well as CALS but not "HBHS". But I could also be wrong. Do you anybody else whose applying to Human Ecology...just scouting out the competition.

im applying under HBHS...my sister's is a current undergraduate with that major and my other 3 siblings all attended cornell...i'm appplying RD though

HBHS is in human ecology only. In terms of difficulty, you take the same courses as any other bio major in other colleges (bio 101, chem 207..) except for your elective. While in other colleges you have a bunch of requirements, in HBHS you just need to take some easy human ecology classes like nutrition, human development, etc...

Starbury, you're back! I've trying to get ahold of you for such a long time.

i applied for the biology and society major in the college of ag and life science..did anyone else pick the same major>

Nope, ILR over here...
