How does the ignore feature work? I thought I wouldn’t see posts from the person I chose to ignore but that isn’t the case.
You can see that they have posted, but you cannot see the actual post. If you are seeing the post, go back to preferences to make sure that the user is actually on ignore.
@skieurope - I can still see the actual post and I did double check that they were still being ignored. (My option was “unignore”).
Interesting. I tested it using you, and could only see your post when I unignored you. And you are sure you have the right user on ignore, since many screennames are similar?
@skieurope - I don’t know what’s going on. I tested it on you and it worked fine. I double checked I was ignoring the right person, unignored, and re-ignored and am still seeing the posts. Does it matter if it’s a new thread? (So many things are being wonky for me since the redesign).
AHA! It doesn’t ignore the new thread but does ignore all the follow up! Thanks for the help!
