How does the priority work for registration?

Is it honors then the number of credits?

It’s kind of both. Grad students first, then honors students based on the number of hours already earned (doesn’t include current course hours).

Here’s the complete schedule:
http://registrar.ua.edu/services/mystudent/registration-and-advising/spring-2014-registration-and-advising/

Yes, honors students go before others. Within honors, it’s by credits.

Honors aren’t the only ones with priority – If the student has registered for support services thru the Disabilities Office, they will also get priority.

You can see the schedule here:

[Spring 2014 ? Registration and Advising | The Office of the University Registrar - The University of Alabama](http://registrar.ua.edu/services/mystudent/registration-and-advising/spring-2014-registration-and-advising/)

What if a student is in honors AND gets support services through the Disabilities Office? ;)

There is no increased benefit if a student is both Honors and Disability Support. You pass the Priority Registration hurdle with either, then the number of credits achieved prior to Fall 2013.

I could be wrong, but the Priority hurdle may also apply to NCAA Athletes as well.
