<p>Probably means any time from now until then because they have your app by Nov. 30. Depending on your stats, you could find out as soon as later this week, early December, or January.</p>
<p>i submitted it november 16, when do you think i should get a decision around, psu is my safety, i just wanna get in before other apps go out... do u think this will happen</p>
