(Am I supposed to be taking EECS? >.> I saw it in someone else's freshman sched. Idk if I'll be able to bc I think people in the school of Engi have priority over me, right?)

Computer Science & Engineering? How come your not taking the physics 7 sereis (calculus based physics). Other than that, yeah your schedule looks fine, perfect time in between classes. I’m jealous

No worries, looking at your schedule and seeing Math 2B tells me that you already took calculus in high school. Therefore you can easily take the Physics 7C placement test (mostly calculus and some basic physics) to place into the Physics 7 series. Physics 7C is the first of the physics 7 series which is only offered in the winter…so your good. Just as long as you place into it :).

For me since i had no sense in high school an never took calculus i’m doing physics 2, which will grant me the opportunity to take physics 7c in the winter. also like it because its good foundation for physics since apparently everyone in college seems to b*&^# about the difficulty of physics.

If your conselor allowed you to take the algebra based physics for Computer Science and Engineering then maybe its okay? idk though maybe she messed up, or maybe i just don’t know what i’m talking about…most likely the latter :D

Oh man, thanks!! And it’s actually the former: I messed up. My counselors didn’t help much because I was with the wrong school during SPOP >.> I was pretty much on my own. Long story. Anyway, I rearranged my schedule and came up with this poorly edited masterpiece:
http://i53.■■■■■■■.com/14xok5.png LOL

Calculus and basic physics… I only took regular physics in HS but I had an A in it (we had no honors). I signed up for the Aug 23 placement test @.@ Hopefully now til then is sufficient time for me to study. Lol now it’s time to scour CC for tips on WHAT to study… Again, thanks for everything Bamboo.

haha that image was funny! but physics 7c is only offered during winter. I guess you could take another g.e? But yeah people that took physics 2 in the fall will be in the same spot as the people who passed the physics 7c exam by winter (dismissing the fact that they weren’t able to take another g.e as a result). But no probs man if you do end up in physics 2 perhaps well cross paths <3. no homo haha.

Physics 7c is available for Fall. I am a CSE major and registered for it during SPOP2. It looks to me as if you are missing Physics 7c discussion… lol.
