How does this work and which should I send?

I am a little unclear on this whole SAT and ACT deal. I have heard that if you send your ACT scores, you don't need to send SAT subject tests. If that's true, what would you do in my place? Send SAT scores:
670 math
760 writing
800 CR
750 french
690 math II
or my ACT score of 31 with my essay score of 10?
Maybe I have the whole optional aspect of the subject tests wrong. does anyone have any advice?

It depends on the school. Many, however, do SAT and subjects OR just ACT. However, I generally disregard tha and am planning on sending ACT AND subject tests because I have taken them and did well. Seems like you did well on some too, so you should go ahead and send them.

BTW, your ACT roughly translate to a 2040 so whether you want to send your ACT is another decision to make.
