<p>when i finish all my general education courses, major requirements, and some chem and bio courses at SMC and I want to transfer to a CSU or UC college what do i do? I want to study either pharmacy or physical therapy but if I transfer to UCLA they do not have any of those. So does that mean I can not transfer there if I want to go into pharmacy or physical therapy or how does it work?</p>
<p>If they don’t have any similar majors then you can major in an umbrella major (Bio/biochem for pharm) and then go to pharm grad school. This is what my friend is doing right now, graduated with a BS in health sciences, taking pre-req courses at a CC and then going into pharm school in a year. Not sure about the physical therapy though.</p>
<p>You can always just go to another university that offers the program.</p>
