<p>Whichever is lowest, provided you have the right document. As a Canadian citizen, even if you live in the US, you’re entitled to pay Canadian tuition, but you have to provide McGill with the documents before the tuition payment is due, otherwise they’ll charge you the international rate (also, you might have to provide proof of citizenship/residency again if you get accepted into a new degree, for example, if you go from MSc to PhD).</p>
