how does U of Chicago handle ACT scores?

Do you superscore test scores?
We “superscore” both the SAT and ACT, which means that if you take the test multiple times we (well, our computers) take the highest individual scores and combine them into a “superscore." For example, if you submitted scores from a June test and they were 600 critical reading (CR) and 700 math (M), and you submitted scores from a November test and they were 700 CR and 600 M, we would consider your overall score 1400 (700 CR and 700 M).
