<p>I dont know specifically to Penn, but ill give you what i know in general (im in IB as well) Count on it being looked at the same as having an equivalent number of AP’s for all intensive purposes, Its a challenging curriculum, so yes. As for the scores, check their website, keep in mind that exam scores dont play a role in admissions, most students submit those AFTER they are accepted. </p>

<p>@ivyleaguefan are you saying the cutoff point is 43+ for us internationals?? that is terrifyingly high the world average is only 30, and my schools average is around 35 ): my scores are higher, but not in the 40s range (yet?) im panicking now…</p>
<p>there are no cut offs in American colleges, they all use hollistic admissions, meaning that they take other factors into account during the admissions process!</p>
<p>For my school, nobody has ever got in with a < 43 PG. I come from a country with excessive quota already…
But again, academics is not the only factor of course, so try to present a competent application in all aspects.</p>
