How does your school deal with Finals stress?

My school has a bunch of cool stuff to help the students de-stress during finals week. When I talked to my friends from different schools, they have their own unique things, too (e.g. two of their schools provide therapeutic puppies). So I thought it'd be cool if you shared what your school does to help students de-stress.

This week, my school will give out free all-you-can-eat waffles, gourmet coffee, fruits, and massages. In certain days, they'll also have paint, clay, and canvases for therapeutic artwork.

Northeastern has a lot of fun stuff during reading day (the day before finals) and finals weeks - this year they had therapy dogs on campus (a huge hit), midnight breakfast in the dining hall, various organizations offering coffee and donuts in the morning, movies, and trivia contests.

We get puppies!! And we have the Meditation room

my school has an entire week for finals stress relief days which was last week. we had day of video games and a bubble party. we had a stand up comedian and an act a fool wheel.and water massage stations. we had a yoga day and gave out free scan-trons and green books and snacks.

Well most students at my school deal with finals stress after the fact by drinking and/or sleeping. I also heard a male and female voice in the bathroom last night, so I guess that’s one way students relieve stress…

During exams my department puts out various puzzles and soft pillows for students to hug. My school’s Hillel (Jewish group) gives free coffee, snacks, and a quiet place to study. Some of the dorms hire masseuses, give out free candy, bagels, drinks, etc. The main library has a break room filled with videogames, legos, snacks, and occasionally brings in dogs.

My school’s dining halls give free all you can eat snacks/desserts from 9-11pm 2 days during finals and we get therapy dogs come to our school!

Midnight breakfast.
Therapy dogs in the library.
They open the library for two whole week 24/7.
Lots of end of the year/holiday parties/cafeterias do special dinners.

Wow therapy dogs seems to be very popular.
