Seems very easy to switch within the same school. Here was someone’s example posted on Vandy’s admission blog:

Easy as one two three. Seriously, changing majors is super simple. The hardest to transfer into is Blair, obviously. But between the other three you can do whatever you like.

suuppper easy. You literally fill out a form(takes like 5 minutes) and give it to someone in at the registar office.
