how easy is UVa to transfer into?

<p>Is UVa like Michigan and UNC in that its easy to transfer into since they don't look down upon your app as an out of stater, or is it still really impossible to get into from OOS?</p>

<p>Transfer rate according to the website is 35-40%, so it's not impossible but it's not easy either. And yeah, they take state residency into consideration.</p>
