<p>My counselor told me that high school transcripts dont show what year you completed the course. Is this true? If not, what exactly is the layout for HS transcripts?</p>

<p>Transcripts are different for each school. To find out the answer to your question, ask your GC for a copy of your transcript. Everyone at our school get a copy around the end of each year.</p>

<p>I agree. Check with guidance. My school splits the paper into 4 quarters with each year of high school. It then lists the classes you took, and grade you got, with your weighted/unweighted GPA at the bottom of each quarter.</p>

<p>Aww that stinks. At my school they only show final grades so the colleges won't know if I might have gotten a B during one quarter or something like that.</p>
