<p>My teacher said she grades our tests according to the AP curve; what does this mean? What percent would I need to get an A?</p>
<p>There isn’t a single AP curve; it varies by test. AP Bio, for instance, used to yield about 20% 5s. They revamped the exam for 2013, and changed the curve as well, and this year I think about 5% of the test-takers got 5s.</p>
<p>So it’s okay to ask your teacher which AP curve she has in mind :)</p>
