<p>not necessarily, but to switch to another college you will need to talk to the deans of both your and the college you want to major in.</p>

<p>thanks! im not sure if i am doing a social science, but i am positive ill stay in arts and sciences (not like i have a chance to transfer to engineering anyway)</p>
