How do I know which classes I’m supposed to take ? Will the counselor tell me what classes I will have to take? Also how does the TAG program work? Do I just signup for TAG and they tell me what to take?

You can use assist.org where you input your CC and then the UC you plan to transfer. It will show which courses at your CC articulate.

Depending on your major, you will likely have to complete the IGETC (a guideline of classes to complete in each category) plus any major-specific classes which will listed on the aforementioned assist.org website.
