I’m working on my college list right now.

Bump =] sfsf

I have 4/17 essays written, revised, edited, and put on the Common App. It will be hard for me to let go of them and call them “finished” so that I can start working on others… but I have to, or I’ll never submit anything. I still have all the Common App writing to do. The Common App essay is most important since it’s “most flexible”, but I just don’t know what to write - rather, I don’t know what about me I want to emphasize.

I’m finishing up my 2 apps for the 2 rolling admissions colleges I’m applying to…I wanna get those in APAP (before October). Then I’ll work on the common app + essay for 2 colleges, and 1 more app for UIUC. I plan on submitting these by November 1st.

I’m done with testing too (got a 31 on the ACT which I’m happy with), but I might be taking SAT subject tests. The colleges I’m applying to don’t require them, but I may take them if they’ll help me get admitted.

I haven’t even started on my common app yet, haven’t even looked at the supplement essays, haven’t asked for recommendation letters… I still have to take the SAT and figure out exactly which school I’m applying for EA.

I filled out most of my biographical info a while ago. Today, I’m trying to do some “house cleaning,” adding some more info to my college spreadsheet, creating a few documents and filing them away for later, and updating my resume. And then I’m going to write the first draft of another essay.
I’ve only written one essay (I’m so bad!) but this week I have to write one for NMSF and NASF. I think it’s the same one though, so that’ll make it easier.
I think I’m going to have to take a bit of a break because I want to study really hard for SAT IIs and I’ve never done that before. My Math score was at least 60 points too low, and I have to make sure I know enough Chemistry.

I’m way ahead of almost everyone at my school. There’s only one girl who’s really started. She’s applying to practically every college to which I’m applying, for the same major, and she has higher rank, scores, whatever than I do. She asked all her teachers for recs on Monday, so I’ve got to get going on all that.

I’ve started my application for a few schools already, sent one so far ( University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, besides test score and transcript).

UIUC Application: Submitted

IU Application/Optioinal Essay: Submitted

Iowa State: App Submitted, automatic 5k scholarship =]

UMN Twin Cities: App Started

JMU: App done but not submitted

UW-Madison: Started application but put it on hold because I’m SO not gonna get in.

Purdue: Almost ready to submit

University of Washington: Still trying to decide whether or not I should apply

Saint Cloud State: I get automatic acceptance here so I’ll only apply if I dont get into any of the places above

…still waiting on HS transcripts to be sent

…still need to ask for recs

Lol everything but some essays. Bummerr

UMin Morris- Submitted (needs test scores, transcript)
Everything else: still need essays, recs, tests, and transcripts

Bump 10 char
