How far away is your High School?

<p>Mine school is about 2 miles away, I either get there on car or ride the public bus.
But going back home I either walk or ride the public bus back home.
Walking takes about 45 mins wither if I'm going to school or coming back from school, but on bus or car it takes about 5-10 mins.</p>

<p>arnoc-if you're in a large city, it can definitely take 45 minutes.</p>

<p>I think around 2-3 miles? I'm not sure. All I know is that it takes 20 minutes to walk there and 5-10 minutes to bike.</p>

<p>3 minute walk (just down the street). I don't know yet if living so close was a blessing or a nightmare.</p>

<p>a little less than 30 miles.... I pretty much have to drive, because my state's public trans. sucks. On days with no traffic, it takes 30 minutes. However, going in the morning takes 40-45 minutes.</p>

<p>Janelle-same. I was SO excited when I got a 0 period because I got there early enough every day that there was NO traffic. ^_^</p>

<p>A little over a mile. I walk to school and it takes about 13 minutes.</p>

<p>6.5 miles about. With no traffic it takes 10 minutes, but on the way to school when a thousand cars and 100 busses try to all squeeze through on one little road, it takes upwards of 40 minutes.</p>

<p>Google Maps says exactly 7 miles. About 20 minutes by car during rush hour. I take the school bus, walking/biking is out of the question.</p>

<p>^Traffic is only thick around I-95. Despite going through 2 school zones, once we get past 95, it's a smooth ride.</p>
